Blurry photo and some samples

Hi everyone! We received some new Martha Stewart punches yesterday. Sorry for the blurry photo. The photographer might have just had a cup of Starbucks. Here is a sample of the new scoreboard tea cup die. It's easier to see the size and finished product of the die. I embossed the chipboard with the new happy birthday set #3 textured impressions folder set. The flowers are made from the new 3-D flower die and the green flourish die is called flourish, floral with leaves.

This next card uses the strawberry die from last year's release called flower and strawberry. I checked the store yesterday and there are a bunch of these dies in the bin.We also have new strawberry dies that just came in. Even an XL sized strawberry card die.

New shipments

Hi everyone! We received some shipments today. First up, we finally got in some of the new Sizzix dies. The highly wanted "3-D flowers " die is in the store. We also have back in stock the Spellbinders labels die and Copic's too. New papers from Imaginise and also clear stamps to match.

Here's a card that I made using an older Sizzix die. It's an Xl die called cupcake card with holder.The cupcake is glittered with chunky white glitter and colored gemstones from Hero Arts. The stamp is Kiki La Rue with cupcake from CC Designs.Here is what the cupcake card looks like out of the holder.

Hello Kitty

Hi everyone! I had this Sizzix carry all box sitting on my craft table and decided to finish it with one of the Hello Kitty sizzlit dies. The box is cut out of Bazzill kraft paper. The fence is an older die that I've had for awhile now. There might still be some left in the store. The grass is a Martha Stewart punch, Hero Arts flower gemstones and Offray ric rack.

New scoreboard dies

Hi everyone! Here is a box that I made using one of the new scoreboard dies that arrived in the store 2 weeks ago. This one is called "box with scalloped flap". I covered the chipboard with paper before I ran the die through the Big Shot. You can close the box with either a ribbon or a magnet under the flap. This box is a lot bigger than the business card box.I cut the felt roses from another new die called "3-D flowers". We will have another shipment on this die in about a week.

The green label is a leftover piece from the ornate box die. I embossed it with the animal print embossing folder from Sizzix. This is the make and take we did this past Saturday. It is a pro die called pocket card. We used all Tim Holtz dies to decorate the card.

Make & take this Saturday

Hi everyone! Come and join us this Saturday, April 17th for a make & take from 10-12 pm. We'll be making a Sizzix project using new dies that were just released. Please bring a pair of scissors, two way tape, liquid glue, and your eye glasses. Also, if you are interested, I'll be doing a demo with the Slice machine after the make & take.

Emma card

Hi everyone! I got this CC Designs stamp from the store over the weekend and made a Mother's Day card. This one is actually called Easter Emma. I covered the Easter eggs in the basket with flowers. I used Spellbinders petite oval nesties in both classic and scalloped. I tend to find myself using the petite sizes more than the regular ovals. It's a skinnier oval shape.
There are more Emma stamp designs in the store since we just got a shipment in the other day.

Happy Boy's Day

Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I posted anything crafty on this blog. I tend to forget. This is something that I made the other day in between doing other things. The die that I used for this is an older Sizzix XL die called bag with scallops. It is still available in the line. I only used the main piece of the die and left the sides off.The background is a Hero Arts cling stamp called dots. It is one of my favorite stamps to use right now. I cut the scallop piece in red and layered it under the blue. The Boy's Day stamps are from Dandelion Designs.

I stuck a googly eye on the carp and glittered the scales.
